Kingsbarns Dream to Dram

The Kingsbarns Dream to Dram is the first regular release from the Kingsbarns distillery in the Lowlands. This distillery, owned by the Wemyss family who are already known as an independent bottler, was started in 2015 and now releases it’s first 3yo. The Dreams to Dram matured in first fill ex bourbon casks as well as first fill STR barriques and was bottled at 46% ABV in 2019, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: light and floral with banana, pineapple, berries and a hint of spices

Palate: soft with toffee, Danish custard pastry and red brambles

Finish: notes of ginger
