Glenmorangie Private Edition Allta (51,2%)

The Glenmorangie Private Edition Allta is the 10^th Private Edition release by Glenmorangie. This Highlands single malt is made with wild yeasts that grow in the barley fields around the distillery. It’s bottled in 2019 at natural cask strength of 51,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour

Nose: round with biscuit, light floral aromas, baked bread, vanilla, raisins and mandarins

Palate: citrus, caramel candy, creamy vanilla, orange syrup, a hint of yeast, mint and chili

Finish: long and earthy with a hint of bitter oranges and peppermint
