Provenance Blair Athol 5yo 2014

The Provenance Blair Athol 5 years old 2014 is a young Speyside single malt from the Blair Athol distillery bottled in the Provenance series by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. This Blair Athol was distilled in April 2014 and matured in sherry butt DL13786. It was bottled in January 2020 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: catch it’s sherried heritage, rich and full of dark fruit and baking

Palate: opens treacle toffee sweet, with molasses, barley and spice

Finish: those warming spices very apparent plus toffee and cereal
