Tomatin 2009 Caribbean Rum Finish Limited Edition

The Tomatin 2009 Caribbean Rum Finish is a 10 year old Highlands single malt from the Tomatin distillery finished in a rum cask. This Tomatin was distilled in 2009 and aged for 9 years in bourbon barrels followed by a 1 year finish in Caribbean rum casks. It was bottled in 2019 at 46% ABV as a limited edition of 7200 bottles, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: lots of tropical fruit with mocha and rum vanilla aromas

Palate: vanilla, tropical fruit, salted caramel, coffee, rum influences and vanilla

Finish: long and sweet with lots of rum influences
