The Provenance Mortlach 8 years old 23009 is a young Speyside single malt bottled in the Provenance series by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. It was distilled in March 2009 and matured in refill hogshead DL 11905. It was bottled in June 2017 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, in a 20cl bottle.
Nose: fresh and fragrant with malty aromas and sweet fruit
Palate: fruity and sweet with ripe tropical fruit and barley sugar
Finish: medium long with fruity aromas, more spices and drying
