The Provenance Mortlach 7 years old 2009 is a Speyside single malt bottled in the Provenance series by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. It was distilled in March 2009 and matured in bourbon hogshead DL 11196. It was bottled in May 2016 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.
Nose: barley sugars with citrus, buttery toast and caramel
Palate: brown sugar, apple crumble, malt, white pper and caramel
Finish: medium long
