Old Particular Mannochmore 12yo 2007 (48,4%)

The Old Particular Mannochmore 12 years old 2007 is a Speyside single malt from the Mannochmore distillery bottled in the Old Particular series by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. This Mannochmore was distilled in July 2007 and matured in refill hogshead DL13780. It was bottled in December 2019 at 48,4% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 347 bottles.

Nose: full, round and sweet showing later green fruit and cereal

Palate: engages with dulcet spices, barley, sugar and vanilla

Finish: more barley ahead of the same spices, autumnal fruit and grist
