The Old Particular Glenrothes 10 years old 2005 is a Speyside single malt bottled in the Old Particular series by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. It was distilled in February 2005 and matured in sherry butt DL10955. It was bottled in December 2015 at 48,4% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 715 bottles.
Nose: jam, fresh berries, dried fruit, slightly floral with a little stem ginger
Palate: polished oak, rumtopf, vanilla, cinnamon and cocoa
Finish: spicy gâteau
