The Old Particular Deansotn 10 years old 2009 is a Highlands single malt from the Deanston distillery bottled in the Old Particular series by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. This Deanston was distilled in September 2009 and matured in refill barrel DL13449. It was bottled in September 2019 at 48,4% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 227 bottles.

Nose: creamy, sugary butter, grist, spice and honey

Palate: caramel with barley sugar, cereal, chocolate and more honey

Finish: spices and the aromas of the palate
