Description

The Adelphi Breath of Speyside 11 years old 2006 is a Speyside single malt from an undisclosed distillery (Glenfarclas) bottled by the independent bottler Adelphi. This release was distilled in 2006 and matured in a refill Oloroso sherry butt. It was bottled in 2020 at natural cask strength of 56,8% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 621 bottles.

Nose: creamy caramel with strawberry cheesecake, banana, lychees and brambles

Palate: mint, salted caramel ice, chocolate cookies and delicate aromas of red fruit

Finish: blackberries and warm banana bread
