The Old Particular Speyburn 15 years old 2003 is a Speyside single malt from the Speyburn distillery bottled in the Old Particular range from the independent bottler Douglas Laing. This Speyburn was distilled in January 2003 and matured in refill hogshead DL12389. It was bottled in February 2018 at 48,4% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single caks release of 374 bottles.
Nose: golden syrup, toffee, apples and raspberry sponge cake
Palate: round and full bodied with soft spices and salted caramel
Finish: medium long with toasted barley and fresh red fruits
