Old Particular Dailuaine 15yo 2002 (48,4%)

The Old Particular Dailuaine 15 years old 2002 is a Speyside single malt bottled in the Old Particular series by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. This Dailuaine was distilled in March 2002 and matured in sherry butt DL12016. It was bottled in August 2017 at 48,4% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 356 bottles.

Nose: honeyed cereals with stewed prunes, cocoa beans, black coffee and vanilla

Palate: honey, malt, dried figs, toasted almonds, cinnamon, tropical fruit and some toasted oak

Finish: warm with some sherry influences
