Bruichladdich The Organic 2009 (50%)

The Bruichladdich The Organic 2009 is an 8 year old non peated Islay single malt from Bruichladdich. 100% made from organically harvested barley and matured in both ex bourbon and ex Tennessee whiskey casks. This Laddie was bottled at 50% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: melted butter, salt, pepper and sweet pastries

Palate: white chocolate fudge with lemon zest, vanilla and brown sugar

Finish: citrus with more oranges, vanilla and barley
