The Glenlivet Single Cask 18yo Carmaferg (54,2%)

The Glenlivet Single Cask 18 years old Carmaferg is the successor of the Bochel Hill and Tollafraick. All single cask releases for the Dutch market. The Carmaferg is 18 years old and matured in bourbon barrel 7537. It was bottled in February 2017 at natural cask strength of 54,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 228 bottles.

Nose: a mixture of floral aromas, fresh orchard fruit and creamy vanilla with some peached pears, sweet honey, citrus and almonds

Palate: rich and sweet with fruity aromas of pears, glazed peaches, rich vanilla, sweet oranges and creamy toffee

Finish: soft, sweet and gentle
