Old Particular Glenburgie 21yo 1997 (51,5%)

The Old Particular Glenburgie 21 years old 1997 is an older Speyside single malt from the Glenburgie distillery bottled in the Old Particular series by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. This Glenburgie was distilled in June 1997 and matured in sherry butt DL12572. It was bottled in June 2018 at 51,5% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 607 bottles.

Nose: sweet with a hint of smoke, stewed red fruit and maple syrup

Palate: mocha and chocolate with berries and tobacco

Finish: more cocoa and wet moss with fruit and burnt sugar
