The Old Particular Glen Moray 15 years old 1999 is a Speyside single malt bottled in the Old Particular series by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. It was distilled in June 1999 and matured in refill hogshead DL 10420. It was bottled in August 2014 at 48,4% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 333 bottles.
Nose: pleasantly sweet with creamy toffee, fresh vanilla and warm spices
Palate: soft and slightly spicy with caramelized banana and liquorice
Finish: medium long with sweet spices and a hint of tobacco
