Tomintoul 30yo Robert Fleming’s First Edition (49,7%)

The Tomintoul 30 years old Robert Fleming’s First Edition is the first release in a series of 3 limited editions from Tomintoul. An ode to Master Distiller Robert Fleming who celebrates his 30^th anniversary at Tomintoul. This first release matured for 20 years in a bourbon cask followed by a finish in an Oloroso sherry cask. It was bottled in 2020 at 49,7% ABV as a limited release of only 418 bottles.

Nose: caramel, cream, Christmas spices, sultanas and candied fruit zests

Palate: apple sauce, milk chocolate, dates, raisins, nutty oak aromas, Camille and some smoke

Finish: long with caramel, nuts, cinnamon rolls and dried fruit
