Tomatin Cu Bocan 1990 Vintage (52,9%)

The Tomatin Cu Bocan 1990 Vintage is the third old vintage release from the Cu Bocan label from Tomatin. A peated Highlands single malt distilled on the 17^th of October 1990 and matured in bourbon casks from an Islay distillery. This Cu Bocan was bottled in 2018 at natural cask strength of 52,9% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited release of 1400 bottles.

Nose: smoke, tropical fruit, freshly sown and toasted oak

Palate: firm and smoky with aromas of burned pineapple and flowers

Finish: long with butter and peach syrup
