Carn Mor “Celebration of the Cask” Benriach 27yo 1990 (49,8%)

The Carn Mor “Celebration of the Cask” Benriach 27 years old 1990 is an older Speyside single malt from the Benriach distillery bottled in the Celebration of the Cask series of Carn Mor by the independent bottler Morrison & MacKay. It was distilled on the 9^th of March 1990 and matured in bourbon hogshead 2640. It was bottled on the 8^th of January 2018 at natural cask strength of 49,8% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 256 bottles.

Nose: complex with coals, lemon and cocoa

Palate: sugar and warm spices with melon and oranges

Finish: pretty heavy with all of above aromas
