Carn Mor “Celebration of the Cask” Auchentoshan 27yo 1992 (48,4%)

The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Auchentoshan 27 years old 1992 is an older Lowlands single malt from the Auchentoshan distillery bottled by the independent bottler Carn Mor (Morrison & MacKay) in their Celebration the Cask series. This Auchentoshan was distilled on the 21^st of October 1992 and matured in bourbon hogshead 6386. It was bottled on the 6^th of January 2020 at natural cask strength of 48,4% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 235 bottles.

Nose: peach with cream, fresh grassy aromas and toasted nuts

Palate: sugar with cloves, nutmeg, coffee with milk and pencils

Finish: white grape with pear and toffee
