The Carn Mor “Celebration of the Cask” Bequest Bowmore 26 years old 1991 The Chairman’s Legacy is a special Carn Mor release marking the retirement of chairman Brian Morrison (the former owner of Morrison-Bowmore). This Bowmore was distilled on the 10^th of May 1991 and matured in four bourbon barrels that were vatted and bottled on the 20^th of November 2017 at natural cask strength of 42,9% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited release of 565 bottles.

Nose: fresh apricots with green apples, a hint of a sea breeze and smoked fish

Palate: oak spices with fruity aromas of mostly apples

Finish: lingering seaweed aromas with earth vanilla and pink peppercorns
