Nose: rich and mild, complex with ripe apples, pear, swamp spices and smoke, savoury notes of cereals , leather, orange oil, flowers and vanilla

Palate: thick and oily with sweet notes of cereals and honey, warming with light smoke aromas and hints of biscuits and some oil

Finish: warm and long with notes of pines, cedar and a hint of smoke
