The Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength Upper Tomatin 30 years old 1988 is an older Highlands single malt from the Tomatin distillery bottled in the Connoisseurs Choice series by the independent bottler Gordon & Macphail. This Tomatin was distilled in 1988 and matured in a refill American hogshead. It was bottled on the 21^st of December 2018 at natural cask strength of 59,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 199 bottles.

Nose: lemon pie with green apple and freshly mown grass

Palate: freshly grounded coffee beans with cayenne pepper and dark chocolate

Finish: more chocolate with dry grapefruit aromas
