Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Caperdonich 29yo 1988 (49,1%)

The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Caperdonich 29 years old 1988 is an old Speyside single malt from the closed Caperdonich distillery bottled by the independent bottler Morrison & MacKay. This Caperdonich was distilled on the 21^st of June 1988 and matured in bourbon hogshead 6051. It was bottled on the 1^st of March 2018 at natural cask strength of 49,1% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 203 bottles.

Nose: light and creamy with lemon and citrus zests and some light vanilla aromas

Palate: fresh and fruity with oranges, some pepper and lemon

Finish: rich and fresh with a delicate ending
