Highland Queen Majesty 46yo 1971

The Highland Queen Majesty 46 years old 1971 is an old and sherried Highlands single malt from an undisclosed distillery. This release was distilled on the 8^th of December 1971 and matured in a sherry cask. It was bottled on the 7^th of July 2018 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 315 bottles.

Nose: fruity with ripe peaches, vanilla, toffee, milk chocolate and a hint of lemon

Palate: again a lot of fruit with spices, liquorice, aniseed and milk chocolate

Finish: long with aromas of coffee, oak, cinnamon and black pepper
