The Signatory Vintage 30^th Anniversary Bunnahabhain 50 years old 1968 is a very old and special Bunnahabhain release marking the 30th anniversary of the independent bottler Signatory. It was distilled on the 31^st of December 1968 and matured in refill sherry butt 12397. It was bottled on the 7^th of January 2019 at natural cask strength of 41,8% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 323 bottles.

Nose: very fresh with aromas of vanilla, spices, malt and rust with a hint of peat

Palate: iodine and salt with peat, fresh exotic fruit, vanilla and cream followed by menthol and malt

Finish: tobacco and chalk with wild flowers
