The Glenburgie 46 years old Gordon & Macphail Rare Vintage 1964 – 2010 is an old Speyside single malt from the Glenburgie distillery bottled in the Rare & Vintage series by the independent bottler Gordon & Macphail. Distilled in 1964 and matured in a first fill sherry hogshead. Bottled in 2010 at 43% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: sweet rum raisins, dried apricots and a subtle touch of wax polish

Palate: sweet with marshmallows, mellow spices, ice-cream soda and a delicate hint of oak

Finish: long with more spices
