The Epicurean Edinburgh Edition (53,3%)

The Epicurean Edinburgh Edition is a special release of the Lowlands blended malt The Epicurean. This Remarkable Regional Malts release bottled by the independent bottler Douglas Laing was especially created for the city of Edinburgh by some of it’s best bartenders. A limited release of 600 bottles bottled at 53,3% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: apple crumble, barley sugar and the freshness of green apple skin

Palate: orchard fruit with lime peel, oak spice and toasted oats

Finish: fruit zests with lemon curd and honey
