Blackadder Raw Cask Red Snake Redneck 86 (61,7%)

The Blackadder Raw Cask Red Snake Redneck 86 is a Blackadder single malt whisky made from the same spirit as the Black Snake bottlings but then matured in first-fill bourbon casks. This Raw Cask comes from hogshead Redneck 86 with a peat level of 20 PPM. It was bottled in July 2020 at natural cask strength of 61,7% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited snigle cask release of 267 bottles.

Nose: delicately sweet with fruit, toasted nuts and slight Oriental spices with salted water

Palate: yellow and red fruit with peat smoke, maritime influences and honey sweetness

Finish: sweet and warming
