Blackadder Raw Cask Ardmore 10yo 2010 Celebrating 25 years of Blackadder (60,6%)

The Blackadder Raw Cask Ardmore 10 years old 2010 Celebrating 25 years of Blackadder is a peated Highlands single malt from the Ardmore distillery bottled Raw Cask by the independent bottler Blackadder. This Ardmore was distilled on the 30^th of June 2020 and matured in bourbon barrel 803499. It was bottled in September 2020, marking the 25^th anniversary of Blackadder, at natural cask strength of 60,6% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 206 bottles.

Nose: salted caramel, earthy aromas, peppermint and honeysuckle

Palate: a little pungent with dark smoke, charcoal, mint and oak with some serious sweet fruit aromas at the back

Finish: warming and smoky with a fruit salad and whipped cream
