Craigellachie 16yo Connoisseurs Choice 1997 – 2013

The Craigellachie 16 years old Connoisseurs Choice 1997 – 2013 is a 16 years old Speyside single  malt bottled by the independent bottler Gordon & Macphail. It was distilled in 1997 and matured in first fill bourbon hogsheads. It was bottled in 2013 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: exotic coconut and kiwi notes with vanilla and later on some smoky malt

Palate: warm chili notes with sweet fruit jams and tobacco

Finish: long and balanced
