Tomatin 18yo

The Tomatin 18 years old is a fully Oloroso sherry matured Highlands single malt. It has matured in Spanish Oloroso sherry butts before it was bottled at 46% ABV.

Nose: quite punchy with notes of chewy grapes, sultanas, cloves and cinnamon, vanilla  fudge and a hint of smoke

Palate: quite sweet with notes of barley sugar and honeycomb, chocolate oranges, cocoa and roasted oak

Finish: long, powerful and dry with oak and a hint of pepper
