Three Ships 12yo Master Distiller’s Private Collection

The Three Ships 12 years old Master Distiller’s Private Collection is a South-African whisky from the James Sedgwhick distillery. This release in the Three Ships series matured in ex bourbon casks and was bottled in 2020 at 46,3% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: sponge cake with cream and jam, apricots and a hint of smoke

Palate: slightly smoky with lots of vanilla and honey

Finish: apple, coffee and walnut pie
