The Macallan Quest

The Macallan Quest is the first release (of four) in The Macallan Quest Collection, the 2018 travel retail series of The Macallan. This Speyside single malt is an ode to the journey in search of the best wood. It matured in both European and American oak and was bottled at 40% ABV.

Nose: soft citrus aromas with apple, lemon, vanilla sweetness and soft oaky aromas

Palate: apple with ginger and dried fruit, nutmeg and cinnamon

Finish: long and soft with light fruit aromas and a hint of sweetness
