The Irishman Cask Strength 2018 (54%)

The Irishman Cask Strength 2018 is an Irish small batch whiskey. A limited release of 3510 bottles matured in bourbon casks and bottled at cask strength of 54% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: malted barley with bourbon casks and ginger

Palate: oily with caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and drying oak aromas

Finish: long and rich with honey and chocolate
