The Glenlivet Archive 21yo

This Glenlivet Archive is a 21 years old Speysides single malt coming from the most exclusive part of the The Glenlivet cellars, also called the Archive. It is an old tradition that every distillery managers stocks some casks here and that they're free to use them.

Nose: rich of wood, sherry, kumquat, orange and Christmas cake followed by aromas of cherries, cedar, spices, toasted bread and pepper

Palate: oily with fat walnuts, sugar syrup, spices, raisins, dark chocolate and a hint of cinnamon and ginger

Finish: very long with delicate sherry aromas and hints of roasted hazelnuts and liqueur
