The Singleton of Dufftown Trinite (1 liter)

The Singleton of Dufftown Trinite is, together with the Unite and Liberty, part of the 2014 travel retail series from this Speyside distillery. Crafted using whiskies that have been matured separately in two types of cask, then brought together and ‘married’ in a third cask where they are given to time to rest and develop fantastic rich, rounded and rewarding flavours. Delivering an indulgent, harmonious, silky sweet Single Malt with hints of dark chocolate, fresh pears and almonds.

Nose: powerful sweetness of toffee, honey, compote and aromas of fresh pears

Palate: lots of berries, spices and some floral notes with dark chocolate and almonds

Finish: long and harmonious with powerful and spicy notes and a sweet undertone
