Zuidam Flying Dutchman No. 3

The Flying Dutchman No. 3 is a dark rum by the Dutch Zuidam Distillers. Triple distilled in copper stills and matured at least 3 years in oak casks.

Colour: dark amber

Nose: very soft and fruity with ripe citrus, figs, raisins, caramelized apples, vanilla and white chocolate

Palate: seductive and all aromas from the nose combined with tropical fruit, liquorice and vanilla

Finish: pretty long and slowly becoming less sweet
