The Ultimatum Rum Single Cask Selection Jamaica 6 years old St. Emillion Finish is a English style rum from Jamaica bottled by the Dutch independent bottler Ultimatum (van Wees). This Jamaican rum was transferred to St. Emilion wine hogshead SE10 in October 2019 for an 8 months finish. It was bottled in July 2020 at 46,5% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 310 bottles.
