The Plantation Single Cask Guyana 2008 Bottled for the Netherlands is a 12 year old rum from Demarara Distillers Ltd. In Guyana bottled by Plantation, especially for the Dutch market. This single cask rum was distilled in 2008 and matured for 9,65 years in ex bourbon casks in the tropics followed by a further maturation in France of 1,5 years in ex-cognac casks and 1 year in ex-red wine casks. This Plantation was bottled in 2020 at 47,6% ABV.

Nose: nutty and earthy with cocoa and blackthorn berries

Palate: dry and slightly sour with notes of apple and walnut
