The Plantation Single Cask Fiji Islands 2009 Specially Bottled for the Netherlands is an 11 year old Fijan rum from the Fiji Rum & Co bottled by Plantation, especially for the Dutch market. This rum was distilled in 2009 and matured for 8,5 years in bourbon casks in the tropics followed by a matured in France of 2 years in ex Cognac casks and 0,5 years in ex-Islay whisky casks from the Kilchoman distillery. This Plantation was bottled in 2020 at 49,6% ABV.

Nose: earthy with peat, flowers and raisins

Palate: long and peaty with dry vanilla and pecan nuts
