The Plantation Single Cask Fiji Islands 9 years old 2011 Bottled for the Netherland is a single cask rum from the Fiji Rum Co. bottled by Plantation, especially for the Dutch market. This rum Fijan rum was distilled in 2011 and matured for 7 years in ex bourbon casks in the tropics followed by a maturation in France. 1,5 years in ex Cognac casks and 0,5 years in ex-Aquavit casks. This Plantation was bottled in 2020 at 48,6% ABV.
