The Plantation Rum Gran Anejo Guatemala & Belize is a 3 years old rum distilled in Guatemala and Belize. It matured for 3 years in bourbon casks before being shipped to Cognac Ferrand in France for a four months cognac finish. It was bottled at 42% ABV.

Nose: creamy vanilla custard with soft woodnotes, some dark chocolate and aniseed

Palate: soft fruit, dried apricots, potpourri, dark chocolate, hazelnut and a hint of aniseed

Finish: woody and sweet
