Plantation XO 20th Anniversary Rum

The Plantation XO 20th Anniversary is a blend made from the oldest Bajan Rum the company owns. It contains special selected Caribbean rum which is matured in ex-bourbon casks. After this first maturation it matures a second time on small casks of French oak for 12 to 18 months.

Nose: caramel and roasted coconuts, spicy oak, orange jam, a hint of marzipan and tobacco, brown sugar, vanilla and some nutmeg

Palate: warm and spicy with oak, creamy honey and caramel, orange zest, marmalade, dark fruit, dates and a hint of chocolate and vanilla

Finish: sweet with caramel and a touch of dark chocolate and oak
