Navy Island Jamaican Rum XO Reserve

The Navy Island Jamaican Rum XO Reserve is a blend of 3 Jamaican aged pot still rums from Worthy Park, Hampden and Moneymusk. The rum is named after Navy Island, a small tropical island near the coast of Jamaica. This rum matured in ex bourbon casks and was bottled at 40% ABV.

Nose: tropical fruit in a thick syrup with white spices, cane sugar and liquid toffee with cream

Palate: sugar sweet with some coffee followed by burned mint with toffee and some saltiness

Finish: warming with lots of tropical influences
