El Dorado 12yo

This 12 years old El Dorado is Guyana rum made by the Demarara Distillers. It's distilled in so called Enmore, Diamond Coffey Stills and Port Mourant Double Wooden Port Stills and has matured in ex-bourbon casks. The result is a blended rum of at least 12 years old.

Nose: juicy tropical fruit, honey, almonds, pecan nuts, dates, cloves, nutmeg, sweet chocolate and a hint of sugar

Palate: silky and sweet with notes of dried tropical fruit, dates, mild spices and anis with a mild body

Finish: medium long and very sweet but drying at the end
