Dos Maderas PX 5+5

The Dos Maderas PX 5+5 is a 5 year old Anejo rum made from a producer that was formerly known for its exclusive sherries, Williams & Humbert. This rum is a blend of several rums from Guyana and Barbados which have been shipped to Williams & Humber in Spain. Here they’ve been blended followed by a second maturation of 5 years in former sherry casks. 3 years in Palo Cortado casks followed by 2 years in Pedro Ximenez casks. This gives this rum delicate sherry influences like aromas of red fruit, chocolate and nuts together with some complexity.
