The Don Q 2007 Signature is a vintage rum from Puerto Rico. The 2007 Signature is a single barrel release which matured 9 years in a American white oak barrel before being bottled at 40% ABV.

Nose: cinnamon, chocolate and oranges

Palate: spices like cinnamon and vanilla, chocolate oranges, brown sugar and charcoaled oak

Finish: slightly burned caramel aromas
