Compagnie des Indes Trinidad T.D.L. 15yo 2003

Compagnie des Indes was founded in 2014 by Florent Beuchet. The brand shows the variety and diversity of single cask and blended rums from different countries. The Trinidad T.D.L. is a 15 year old rum from Trinidad Distillers. It was distilled in February 2003 and matured in cask TTM27. It was bottled in March 2018 at 44% ABV as a limited single cask release of 373 bottles.

Nose: coffee, cappuccino, chocolate, menthol with a hint of Amaretto and salted caramel

Palate: candy, candied apples and soft spices

Finish: licorice sticks
