Compagnie des Indes Tricorne Blanc

Compagnie des Indes was founded in 2014 by Florent Beuchet. The brand shows the variety and diversity of single cask and blended rums from different countries. The Tricorne Blanc is the first white rum assembled from three different white rum types; sugar can (40%), molasses (55%) and Batavia Arrack (5%). The Tricorne is not sweetened and is bottled at 43% ABV, non chill filtered

Nose: very powerful with fresh cane sugar juice, apricots, prunes, cherries, raspberries, brambles and a hint of walnuts with spices and grass

Palate: sugar, bananas, green leaves and grass
